Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period
The Binggrae "Peel the Joy" promotion will run from 11 December 2023 to 31 December 2023 ("Promotion Period").

Prize Redemption Period
Participants can redeem prizes won during the promotion from 11 December 2023 to 15 January 2024 ("Prize Redemption Period").

Eligibility
The promotion is open to all customers making eligible purchases at SHINE Korea outlets in Singapore during the Promotion Period. Participants must spend a minimum of $15 on Binggrae Ice Cream and/or Flavoured Milk in a single receipt to be eligible for a Peel Card. Purchases of ongoing store promotions or discounted Binggrae products are also eligible, as long as the minimum spend requirement is met.

Peel Card Availability
Peel Cards are available while stocks last or until 31 December 2023. Obtain Peel Cards only at the time of purchase from the respective store.

Redemption of Prizes
Prizes without the "Golden Ticket" label can be directly redeemed at the store during the Prize Redemption Period. For Golden Ticket prizes, winners must email a photo of the Peel Card, including the Golden Ticket prize and serial number, to hello@binggraesg.com along with their name and contact number by 15 January 2024. Failure to submit the required information by the specified date will result in forfeiting the prize.

Golden Ticket Prizes

1. A pair of Korean Air Return Tickets to Korea

Winner will receive a pair of Economy Class return tickets to Korea via Korean Air.
The travel period is from 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2025.
Flight details must be confirmed by 8 February 2024.
Exclusive for the route Singapore <-> Seoul (Incheon Airport).
No cancellation or change of date allowed; tickets are not transferable.
Additional add-ons such as seat selection, extra luggage, and other flight premiums are not included.

2. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5

The prize includes a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 in Lavender Colour with 256GB storage.
This specific model and colour cannot be exchanged for others.
Samsung will cover a 1-Year Warranty for the device.
Binggrae Singapore is not responsible for any defects in the device.

3. A pair of Golden Village Gold Class Tickets

Winners will receive a gift voucher valid for 1 year for any movie at any Golden Village Gold Class Cinema. For additional inquiries, please visit Golden Village Contact.

4. A pair of SuperPark Tickets (Adult; Peak Hours)

Winners will receive a SuperPark Gift Card worth $75, sufficient to purchase a pair of adult tickets during peak hours at SuperPark. For more terms & conditions of the SuperPark Gift Card, visit SuperPark Gift Card Terms & Conditions.

Transferability of Prizes
All redemption of Golden Ticket prizes will be honored based on the contact information provided during the submission process. Prizes are non-transferable and can only be claimed by the winning participant.

Exchange of Prizes
In the event that a store does not have a specific prize available, the store reserves the right, at its discretion, to exchange it for other non-Golden Ticket prizes.

Lost or Damaged Peel Card
Prize redemption is only valid with a proper Peel Card. Lost or damaged Peel Cards cannot be replaced. Participants are advised to ensure the safekeeping of their Peel Card until prize redemption.

Validity of Peel Card
If Binggrae Singapore suspects that a Peel Card is not valid, has been tampered with, or is being used fraudulently, we reserve the right to reject the redemption of the prize associated with that Peel Card.

Additional Clauses

a. Data Privacy
Participants' personal information collected during the promotion will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the company's privacy policy.

b. Participant Consent
By participating, entrants consent to the use of their name, image, and other relevant details for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

c. Force Majeure
Binggrae Singapore reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the promotion if it cannot be conducted as planned due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond the control of the organisers.

d. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion will be resolved through mediation facilitated by the local governing authority in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

General Terms
Binggrae Singapore reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice. Binggrae Singapore reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
